  Seventy
2. What will be the ownership transformation process?
  Ownership Certificate (Lalpurja) will be provided by the Government of Nepal at the time of handover of the project.
3. How much is the ownership transformation fee?
  Ownership transformation fee will be as defined by the Government of Nepal. Currently this fee is three percent of the contract amount for the Building.
4. Will there be a management committee?
  Yes. The management committee will be formed among the building owners.
5. What will be the garbage disposal system?
  Garbage disposal system will be managed by the Management Committee.
6. What will be the parking facility?
  One standard car parking in each home
7. What facilities will be included in the infrastructure and the community facilities?
  .: Temple at entrance
.: A guardhouse with round the clock Security provided by professional security forces

.: Open spaces comprising of Flower beds, Water body ,Sit-outs

8. Will there be insurance for the building?
  Developer will do the insurance till the handover of project, and after the handover, Management Committee will decide.
9. Can the Building be mortgaged at bank?
  Yes.
10. Does the price depend upon direction?
  Yes.
11. Can Building be used for official purposes?
  Yes.
12. Can foreign citizens buy this Building?
  Yes, in the name of company, but the property will not be transferred in the name of foreign citizens.
13. What will be the guest identification system?
  Electronic Security system. CCTV can be monitored from all houses - the in & out of main entrance will be visible in the TV set.
14. Who will pay for the physical damage of the building in case of hazards like earthquakes, fire etc.?
  Insurance.
15. Do I get interspaces change options?
  Yes, after paying 40% of Building cost. But upon the technical approval from the Consultant.
16. Is your building earthquake resistant?
  It can resist earthquakes up to 8 Richter scale.
